Boulting Group expands integrated team

Boulting Group, due to expansion and growth of the business in its North West heartland, has opened new offices adjacent to the Firecrest Court head office in Warrington.

Encompassing civil, mechanical and Electrical and Instrumentation projects, the 50-man operational technology team is now based in 4,000 sq. ft. of offices. New teams are being created within the business, to consist of senior and project managers, QS teams, project, commissioning and software engineers, health and safety personnel and technical support.

New, dedicated test bays are being installed for hardware and software testing, covering projects such as instrumentation, control panel construction, software development, networks, SCADA and electrical installations.

Boulting has also recently achieved steelwork manufacturing CE certification to BS EN 1090-1 Executionable Class 3, to meet with industrial requirements and in line with market trends.

The scale of new projects, many involving a multi-disciplinary, integrated approach, will create opportunities for a further 25 – 30 new jobs within the North West.

‘Increasingly our clients are looking for a one-stop, Design and Build service. The scope of our expertise means projects are being delivered, in the main, by our comprehensive in-house resource,’ commented Mike Groarke, MD of Boulting Group.
