Ultrasonic Flow & Energy Meter for Buildings management

Dynasonics has developed an ultrasonic clamp-on flow and energy meter named the TFX ultra. It provides accurate and repeatable flow measurement readings for full pipe liquid applications such as cooling lines, Zone metering, water distribution and applications where system shutdown is not feasible. The TFX Ultra is also available as an energy flow meter measuring energy usage in kWh, mWh and BTU’s and is ideal for retrofit, LTHW / MTHW circuits, chilled water and other HVAC applications.

The unit is designed to simply clamp-on to the outside of existing pipe, reducing installation time and material costs. There is no need to shut down the process for installation or maintenance, therefore the TFX Ultra can be installed and fully operational in minutes.
