HACKATHON – Lock failure prediction based on real-time monitoring of PLC IO data and other parameters

Leading up to the Asset Performance 4.0 hybrid conference and exhibition, BEMAS is organising a hackathon. This year’s challenge is provided by ÆVO, a maintenance and service organisation specialised in infrastructure and energy transmission and distribution.

One of their aera’s of expertise is the maintenance of locks, and as a growing business they urgently need a threefold solution for this type of maintenance work:

  • Monitoring of the real time functioning of the lock
  • Detection and identification of possible failures
  • Remaining Useful Life Prediction

Is this challenge right up your street? Then participate in this hackathon contest! Contestants get to present their solution at the Asset Performance Conference on October 28.
