Our advanced energy-harvesting technology allows the Easy STM V4 to run on pipework as cool as 50°C. Monitoring cool traps more frequently builds better insight into whole system performance. DCO’s monitoring solution is purpose-built to cover the broad range of temperature requirements across large steam systems. Energy-harvesting devices output more data, more often, for longer; now across a broader range of conditions.

Improved loss calculations

Enhanced sensing provides more accurate loss estimations for different trap types, sizes and failure modes. Combined with our updated DiscoverRA dashboard analysis software, the Easy STM V4 measures the real cost of steam loss to your business.

Installation

Re-designed mounting makes the Easy STM V4 easier to install than ever before. Better clearance around flange fittings and a new option to install through rigid and metal-covered pipework insulation. With easier installation on steam and condensate pipework, your engineers save even more time. Virtual installation training is also available for your team through DCO.
