For planning your career development in mechanical integrity engineering…

People in the engineering community who reach ‘Practitioner’ status in their careers shoulder considerable responsibilities that require them to be present on-site and working at peak efficiency and effectiveness. The demands of workload and scheduling tend to be inflexible. So, training to keep updates with the latest industry technology, regulations and good practice developments at the depth needed by Practitioners calls for thoughtful planning ahead – and flexibility in learning provision.

Ready-made for career development planning

EEMUA’s Mechanical Integrity Practitioner Certificate (MIPC®) course satisfies all these needs competing requirements directly.

The MIPC course is delivered flexibly using enterprise-class blended learning, part-time, on-site or elsewhere to suit each individual – so that engineers can keep on top of their workload and stay on top of the latest industry developments and good practice.

Live learning sessions and 1:1s by Tutors with decades of personal experience in mechanical integrity for industrial engineering ensure that learning is practical and understanding is accurate.

The MIPC course is tailored to each Learner, company, and site with a unique ‘how to’ workbook that builds from day-1 – for immediately applying EEMUA 177, 231 and 232 guidance, and the PSSR ACOP on-site. Mentor support throughout threads more company and site know how into the learning.

Proving your worth

Specified, developed and verified by industry, for industry, the MIPC learning focuses on managing industrial engineering assets to deal with threats to primary containment of hazardous substances – including those under pressure. The course covers:

*Equipment Design Elements * Inspection and Test Techniques * Asset Condition * Reporting * Risk and ALARP * Audit * Legislative Environment * WSE * User Responsibilities and Competencies * Postponement * Feedback * and more.

Successfully passing the MIPC course earns Practitioner-level engineers industry-recognised certification for 5 years.
