GV2K1 to the Heavy Industrial GV5’ produce ‘Flat Bag’widths ranging from 50mm to 600mm this combined with the flexibility of bag length can provide the customer with an answer to all his packaging needs. Each machine model is offered in either Standard Stainless Steel or ‘HighCare’ Stainless. The company also offers three sizes of Four Corner ‘QUAD SEAL’ machines each with the choice of our comprehensive range of Optional Components.

HORIZONTAL STAND UP POUCH MODEL GHP250

Equipped with the latest technology, electronic and pneumatic, combined with a construction objective of simple reliable mechanics, the GHP 250 offers flexibility and reliability with low operating costs. This UK manufactured machine forms the pouch from the reel. The GHP 250 is fully automated which allows for fast, easy on-the-go adjustments. This means less down time and more production achieved from having the latest in PLC technology. In machine pouch manufacture this allows for higher efficiency, quick pouch size change over, more run time and fewer operators. The machine can be set up to accommodate a wide range of stand-up pouch sizes. With the focus on tight seals, this allows for an

almost unlimited variety of products which can be packed by the machine, including granules, solids, liquids, powders, gels, pastes and many more.

With fast changeover and speeds up to 140 bags per minute, the Gainsborough Model GV2K6 is a

continuous motion vertical form fill seal bagger that saves customers valuable time and improves

productivity. Offering high speed bagging in a compact footprint, it is modelled on the popular proven

GV2K3 intermittent machine. The GV2K6 continuous bagging machine is ideal for high speed applications such as snacks and nuts, confectionery products, rice and powder as well as vegetable packing ie potatoes, sprouts, peas, corn and other free flowing products.
