Injection Moulding: AC Plastics specialises in plastic injection moulding. With 23 moulding machines ranging from 30T – 650T, all equipped with robot automation, and our expertise and experience in the field, we are well equipped to handle all moulding requirements.

Injection Moulding Tooling: From a single tool to a multi tool ‘suite’ then we can assist you every step of the way. From relatively low volume single impression tools to high volume, multi-cavity tools. AC Plastics is able to specify and have manufactured tooling of the highest quality.

Technically capable and customer driven, we can accommodate transfer of existing tooling or fully project manage new enquiries from the ground up.
