RZM400-50M – Redundancy module for 100 to 400 VDC and up to 50 A
The FEAS RZM400-50M operates with input voltages from 100 to 400 VDC, two inputs rated at up to 25 A each and output currents up to 50 A. The fully encapsulated redundancy module decouples two identical power sources, enabling both fail-safe redundant operation and an increase in available output power through parallel operation.

Redundancy or higher output power
In redundant operation, two identical power supplies jointly supply the connected system. If one power supply loses its input voltage or develops a fault, the second automatically takes over the load without interruption. To provide full redundancy, each individual power supply must be capable of supplying the entire current required by the connected loads.
Alternatively, the RZM400-50M can be used to operate two power supplies in parallel, increasing the available output power. Reverse currents between the two power supplies are reliably prevented.
Technical data
The DC redundancy module is designed for an input voltage range of 100 to 400 VDC. It supports two input currents of up to 25 A each and a total output current of up to 50 A. Operating states are indicated by LEDs and, for remote maintenance, via relays (voltage failure, overtemperature).

Fully encapsulated for industrial use
The RZM400-50M is fully encapsulated and designed for demanding industrial environments. Its robust construction protects the electronics against external influences and supports reliable continuous operation in applications such as automation systems, energy systems and industrial power supplies.
Robust power supply technology from a single source
The FEAS product portfolio comprises more than 800 power supply solutions for industrial applications. These include power supplies and switch-mode power supplies, DC-DC converters, DC UPS modules, redundancy modules, EMC filters, couplers and other functional modules. All units are fully encapsulated. High-quality aluminium housings or flame-retardant polycarbonate housings provide additional protection against dust, moisture, vibration and extreme temperatures. All products are developed and manufactured entirely in Germany.
