Screw Compressors, compact design & air-cooled; each consisting of:

• Motor & compressor flexibly mounted, integrated suction silencer, weather proof & acoustic enclosures.
• Air-cooled after cooler with condensate separator and condensate drainage.
• Lubrication system with oil filters, air-cooled oil cooler, three-stage oil separating system.
• Electronic control system.
• Motors ABB HXR 355 LB-4, 250 kW, 3300V, 50Hz.
• Base frame sandblasted to SA2,5; special coating and painting according to EN ISO 12944-02.
• The compressors are a winterisation version for minimum ambient temperature of – 20^oC.

AZ Techniek model 1276-00 Used Biofilters x4 £20,000 each ono (EX VAT)

AZ Techniek model 1276-00, manufacture 2007. Fabricated from glass reinforced plastic and plywood. Contains two layers of biomass with dirty air inlet via bottom plenum. Clean air outlet at apex level, same side as inlet. Each layer of biomass with irrigation nozzles, access manhole. Capacity 7500 m³/h air per biofilter.

Supporting steelwork, access staircase and walkway also available if required as shown in the above picture.
