Baskets, strainers and cylinders
Baskets, strainers and cylinders provide a very high degree of separation with little change in the pressure drop across them, making them one of the most widely used range of filters to separate solids from liquids. The filters can be inserted in a hollow body (known as a filter housing) in the path of the fluid flow, parallel to the flow, forcing the fluid to pass through the filter media. Depending on both the type of fluid to be filtered and the size of impurities, they can be manufactured with one or more layers of fine wire mesh inside/outside a layer or between two layers of perforated cylinders for structural support.
Witches’ hat filters
These filters are composed of a perforated cone supporting one or more fine wire meshes which maximise the flow area, effectively reducing resistance and ensuring reliable operation. The well-established, simple yet effective design makes them very popular for all kinds of industrial applications. Quality perforated and mesh materials and components

Services: Cleaning, repairing and refurbishing

Additive manufacturing
