EEMUA – helping you improve safety, efficiency, and compliance

This year we are holding our EEMUA Annual Inspection Seminar in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, on Thursday 13 September 2018. The day will be focusing on the current issues and new techniques in inspection. If you have an interest in or responsibility for inspection, structural integrity or containment then this seminar is for you. Book today to take advantage of the early bird rate, which ends on 9 August!

We have arranged a packed programme for the event with a line-up of presentations addressing topics including NDT techniques in the inspection of wind turbines to offer improved safety, lower inspection costs and considerably reduced down-time, digitization of inspection criteria discussing Database Technology (DB) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) and utilising these for decision making, and phased array methods, specifically the Total Focussing Method (TFM). Further details, including how to register, are available on the website www.eemua.org.

We’re also excited to announce the extension of our EEMUA E-learning programme to the wider industry. Initially created as a benefit of membership, anyone can now access the awareness level modules. There are six courses: Alarm Systems; Cyber Security, Functional Safety, Storage Tanks (available in both Dutch and English language versions); and Subsea Materials, with more in the pipeline. Visit the website www.eemua.org for further details.

The EEMUA e-learning courses are designed to set a new benchmark. Made for industry by industry, they are designed and validated by experts with up-to-date knowledge and hands-on experience of solving real life issues with engineering equipment and materials. The courses draw rich content from EEMUA publications and their unmatched knowledge base of good practice.

You can keep up-to-date with the EEMUA E-learning programme via our new Showcase page created on LinkedIn. You can also read Supriyo Chaudhuri explaining more about the programme in the latest EEMUA Blog.
