Mechanical Integrity Practitioner Certificate (MIPC®)
In-depth blended learning course for managing industrial engineering assets to prevent loss of primary containment of hazardous substances, including those under pressure – by applying industry good practice including *EEMUA 231, *EEMUA 232, *EEMUA 177, and *HSE PSSR ACOP.
Set at Practitioner-level, the next Mechanical Integrity Practitioner Certificate (MIPC®) blended learning course for five-year certification and CPD. A 2-hour induction adapts coursework to each Learner and their site/s in preparation for the course starting in March.
Covers: *Legislative Environment, Written Scheme of Examination (WSE); *Equipment Design Elements, Operational Considerations, Risk and As Low As Reasonably Practicable (ALARP); *Asset Condition, User Responsibilities and Competencies; *Inspection Process, Inspection and Test Techniques, Inspection Roles; *Responses to Findings and Reporting, Postponement, Record keeping; *WSE Review, Audit, Feedback, Industry Good Practice.
Over: *27 weeks at c. 4-hours work per week; *delivered to each Learner’s location.
With: *live online sessions (also recorded); *1-1 tutorials; *Mentor support throughout; *2-hour Induction that adapts coursework to each Learner and their site/s’ needs.
