High-Performance Fine Screening
The BANDGUARD™ is a high-efficiency centre flow, dual-flow travelling fine screen, specifically designed for inlet works applications. Its advanced design delivers excellent solids capture while reducing maintenance requirements for downstream equipment.
With its centre flow configuration, wastewater passes evenly through a vertical, band-shaped screen curtain, ensuring efficient and balanced operation. The system features ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) perforated panels mounted within stainless steel frames, which are fastened to stainless steel conveyor chains forming two continuous loops. This robust construction ensures reliable performance and long service life, even under demanding operating conditions.
