HepcoMotion Expands with Three New Sites to Support Global Growth

HepcoMotion, a global manufacturer of linear motion systems and automation components, is pleased to announce a significant expansion with the addition of three new sites.  Two of the facilities, set to be operational by year-end, will increase the company’s footprint by 25–30%, while the third – currently in the planning phase – will provide further capacity to support future growth.

The investment addresses rising demand by increasing capacity, enhancing operational efficiency, and advancing development across core product lines.

Expanded manufacturing and assembly

One of the new sites will expand Hepco’s manufacturing and assembly facilities, including capacity for Hepco’s industry-leading GFX Guidance System for Beckhoff XTS Linear Transport System.  The building will also offer additional office space and incorporate sustainability measures, including solar panels and electric vehicle (EV) charging points.

Centralised logistics

The second site will serve as a centralised logistics and storage hub to streamline material handling and supply chain operations. Part of the building will also be used to accommodate the company’s growing R&D and marketing departments, including dedicated facilities for filming and webinars.

Supporting future growth

Currently in the planning phase, the third site forms part of Hepco’s long-term strategy to accommodate future growth.

“This expansion strengthens our operational capability and reinforces Hepco’s role as a global leader in linear motion technology,” says Managing Director Peter Fanshawe.  “We’re investing in infrastructure that supports innovation and positions us to meet the evolving needs of customers worldwide.”

HepcoMotion has been leading the way in motion technology for over 50 years, delivering advanced solutions for a wide range of industrial applications.
