Established in 1966, Hydraulic Projects Limited are experts in the design and manufacture of a wide range of hydraulic control valves, pumps and actuators.
Originally renowned within the marine industry, the company now also produces products for a diverse range of market sectors, including construction, geo-environmental boring equipment, transport, waste and recycling, agriculture and much more. We specialise in working with OEM’s and designing products for specific applications as well as working with our Distribution Partners. Our design and technical sales teams have a wealth of experience on hand to share.  We can provide both equipment manufacturers and distributors with technical advice, 3D models, training, and the backup they need to avoid problems, reduce costs and maximise applications.
Our product range includes our Hydraulic Reversing Pumps, which are the drives of choice for major autopilot manufacturers around the world but also suit a diverse range of other manufacturing applications, from snow-blowers to dentist chairs. The range covers 0.6 to 2.5 litres per minute and features low power consumption, water resistance to IP67 standards and is fully certified to the Recreational Craft Directive (including ignition protection) and the navigational EMC standard.
In addition, we also manufacture a range of constant running hydraulic pumps These heavy-duty pumps are particularly popular where power and long life are important.
Our award-winning actuator family boasts inter-changeable motors and reduced back-drive. These quiet units combine a cylinder, pump, and reservoir in one neat self-contained package.
Hy-Pro also offer three ranges of sectional hydraulic control valves. Their robust design makes them suitable for the most demanding mobile applications. All have a fully interchangeable range of control options, including pneumatic and electric and a range of spool and ancillary options.
We design and manufacture 95% of all our components in our own purpose-built factory in the UK with ISO 9001-2015 accreditation driving our processes, state of the art machinery, sophisticated measuring equipment, and computer systems.
