Industrial Automation Pt100 RTD Sensor with M12 connector
An industrial automation temperature sensor with a Pt100 class A 4 wire resistance thermometer detector (RTD) with a measuring range of -75 to +250°C.
Available in 3 & 6mm diameter 316 Stainless steel sheath with standard lengths of 100, 150, 200 & 250mm. Supplied with plain barrel or screw in options 1/4 BSPP, 1/2 BSPP & 1/4 & 1/2 NPT process threads.
The Sensor features an industry standard 4 pin M12 A coded instrument connection, suitable for new industrial process control & automation applications and field replacement of sensors.
Our range of surface temperature sensors have standard options for thermocouple type K, T or J and RTDs in Pt100 or Pt1000, for all applications, whether for temporary or permanent surface temperature measurement.
L60 Thermocouple & Fine Wire Welder
The Thermocouple Welder, manufactured by Labfacility, is a compact, simple-to-use instrument designed for thermocouple and fine wire welding. Use of the Thermocouple Welder does not require special skills and most operatives will be capable of producing quality work with little practice. The instrument is supplied with a full range of user accessories including a footswitch.
We offer a wide range of thermocouple, PRT and extension cable / wire in stock for immediate despatch. Thermocouple cables are available in IEC or ANSI Colour codes. Insulation types include PFA, PTFE, PVC & Fiberglass.
Compression fittings are used directly on probes to achieve the required insertion length in the process and to ensure the proper seating of probes into thermowells. Available in Brass or Stainless Steel.

Hermetically Sealed Wire Thermocouples
An IP67 wire thermocouple that is hermetically sealed for use in corrosive or wet environments.
This versatile multi-purpose sensor has been specifically designed for use in and to protect against corrosion in harsh or wet environments. It has a quick response time and can be easily cleaned.

We offer a range of Technical Resource guides that are a comprehensive reference text for users of thermocouples, PRTs and thermistors and associated instrumentation.
Detailed enough for engineers and scientists, it is also suitable for technicians and students. Written with practical bias, the guides contain considerable reference data and basic theory and is therefore of great value as a training aid for those entering the field of temperature measurement and control.
The broad scope of the guides includes detailed temperature sensor guidance, sensor theory and practice and comprehensive applications guidance. The guides describe temperature control, transmitters, instrumentation and data acquisition and a reference section carries a wealth of data on thermocouple and platinum resistance thermometry.
