Maxim Solutions launches Rapitainer
Maxim Product Solutions Ltd. designs and supplies returnable transit packaging (RTP). Maxim’s innovative products are gaining interest from both retail plc’s and industrial SME’s. The company’s unique Rapitainer is entering trials with various organisations including a ‘household name’ retail group.
Rapitainer is an all plastic transit/storage pack which can be adopted onto
any existing pallet. Quickly and easy erected, Rapitainer collapses down to fit inside erected units for efficient storage and extensive return for reuse. Rapitainer can be supplied in standard ISO and Euro sizes or bespoke specifications to suit various racking dimensions for example.
Rapitainer features an integral ‘automatic’ floor which folds up into the bi-fold sleeve when the unit is collapsed for return and reuse. This configuration, manufactured in tough polypropylene throughout (100% recyclable at end of life), is waterproof and offers a very high degree of product protection.

Maxim has served LinPac, Ciba-Vision, Tambands and Christian Salveson as well as numerous SME’s. With a wealth of project experience Maxim can design and supply bespoke RTP solutions. The unit shown, supplied to Kingspan Tarec, is a ‘no tape’ tab close all plastic collapsible case for pipe insulation sections.
The units flat pack for return and reuse multiple times and Maxim provided a bulk palletised Collapsible sleeve pack for use on construction sites to store and return the flat packed pipe section cases.
Maxim also produces Corruloc – a unique new 1/4 turn (captive) releasable fastener, designed specifically for use in heavy duty (BC to AAA) corrugated boards. Corruloc can be used in ‘knock down’ for return corrugated packs to enhance reusability. Quick and easy to fit,
Corruloc offers a unique tamper evidence facility utilising off the shelf seals and is suited to applications in secure storage archive boxes, MOD cases, fireworks transit packs, reusable five panel wraps and oversize/overlong cases for example.
