Rubber Expansion Joint for Abrasive Media
Rubber expansion joints are components for pumping and piping systems, suitable to com- pensate movements, noise and vibration.
For media containing abrasive components, Elaflex now offers the new type ERV-BR made of a highly abrasion resistant special rubber compound. Except for extreme strain (e.g. sharp and rough-edged matter) it is now no longer ne- cessary to use an additional inner protection sleeve any more.
ERV-BR is suitable for sludges, slurries, solid/ liquid mixtures or emulsions, and dustlike or powdery products. Available sizes DN 25-300, larger dimensions on request.
