Stephen Sanderson: The 4K image sensor delivers four times more detail than standard full HD cameras. This means users can see even the smallest features with incredible clarity. Our quick-clip ring-lights are intelligent too—they save and recall settings when connected, and you can choose from quadrant-controlled white, white and UV, or wide-area panel lights. Changing lighting configurations takes just seconds.

Stephen Sanderson: Flexibility is key. The EVO Cam HALO offers a 20:1 zoom ratio, with a magnification range from 0.84x to 468x on a 27″ screen. You can capture images in JPEG, PNG, BMP, or TIFF formats, and control lighting from above or below. The 360-degree Oblique and Direct Viewer (ODV) lets you switch between direct and oblique views, rotating around the subject to inspect joints, intersections, and raised components from every angle.
Measure, Analyse, Report – All in one
PECM: Can you tell us about the measurement and reporting capabilities?
Stephen Sanderson: Absolutely. The EVO Cam HALO comes with our ViPlus software, which provides real-time insights and makes anomaly detection much easier. Image capture, measurement, and analysis tools are intuitive and powerful, delivering accurate, actionable results. Our dedicated bayonet lenses are easy to fit and feature Auto Lens ID, with a filter thread for polarisation or other filters—ensuring you always have the right setup for the task at hand.
