Since the formation of the company in 2011 BOSS Bellows continues to exceed the expectations of even our most demanding customers when it comes to customer service and reduced lead times of industrial stainless steel bellows and expansion joints. Not only do we carry a vast stock of bellows membranes to cover a multitude of applications, all our joints are manufactured in-house – thus we retain complete ownership of the manufacturing process and lead time availability.
In addition, our increasingly popular ‘Rapid-Response’ breakdown service is a specialist division of the business designed to have the manufacturing flexibility to provide either new or refurbished bellows expansion joints on a same or next working day basis. This division is all about the ‘can-do’ approach, staffed by people who take the challenge to resolve your breakdown situation in the shortest possible timescale very personally.
Joints are designed and manufactured in-house from 50mm/2” through to 3000mm/120” DN and can be supplied in many configurations to suit your application in a range of stainless and ‘exotic’ alloys, be it for a low pressure exhaust or for higher pressure applications on pumps, heat exchangers, pipe work or other associated plant items. We also supply ancillary components such as lagging, insulation jackets, gaskets and fixings, so we’re able to provide one delivery with all the components required for the installation of your joints.
