Cables and discs pulled by a sprocket wheel assure consistent economical use of energy while materials moved within the systems endure little to no damage as they are pushed through the stainless-steel tubing.
Inlets are right-sized for material input and sloped so your particular materials enter the system with minimal resistance or breakage. Your materials are carried between nylon discs pulled by cable fast enough to move up to 80,000 pounds per hour (depending on your system size). Our discharge units are engineered to be automated and efficient – simple mechanical efficiency is employed for each discharge action.
