Minesoft, headquartered in Richmond-upon-Thames, London, achieved an overall increase of 87% in trade over the last few years. Having first won the prize in 2009, Minesoft has continued to grow its international trade ever since. Director Ann Chapman said how delighted they feel to have been awarded the UK’s most prestigious business award for the second time in the company’s history.“Thanks to the constant innovation and responsiveness of our talented, committed staff as well as the loyalty of our existing customers, we have continued to grow in just about all international markets – despite a tough economic climate – while developing ambitious future services for managing, searching and analysing patent data”.

Recently, millions of Chinese patents in both Chinese and English as well as advanced Chinese language interfaces were added to flagship product PatBase, the global patent database developed in co-operation with RWS Group PLC. An innovative intellectual property Analytics application has been created by Minesoft, delivering fast, comprehensive landscaping analysis in real-time. “This will help all kinds of organisations to analyse innovation and better inform Research & Development investment decisions”, according to Ann.
