Seamless UPS Replacement for Portsmouth Data Centre – Power Continuity Delivers Reliability Without Disruption
Early starts and precision teamwork paid off this week as Power Continuity successfully delivered and commissioned a containerised UPS solution at a major Data Centre in Portsmouth, ensuring continuous uptime for critical hospital operations.
The new UPS system, supplied and installed by Power Continuity, arrived on-site at 09:30hrs and was fully connected and commissioned by 11:30hrs, showcasing the efficiency of our pre-engineered containerised power systems.
Working closely with the client’s Digital Team, Equans, and Estates Department, our engineers ensured a smooth transition throughout the day. By the afternoon, all existing workloads had been safely migrated from temporary generator support back to the new UPS, with zero downtime and no disruption to essential hospital services.
